NiCE Netzwerke und innovativer Computer-Einsatz was founded in 1991. The main focus laid on software development contract work for HP as well as implementation and last-level support of HP Software. In 1994 NiCE became an official development partner of HP and is Certified Trainer for HP Software for more than 10 years.

The expertise of NiCE addresses not only the planning and implementation of HP Software projects but even more the customization. This is done by integrating applications which are not standardly recognized by HP Software into the monitoring and management functionality. Beneath the software development partnership with HP and the NiCE Services for individualized IT management, NiCE designes and develops Smart Plug-Ins for HP Software.

NiCE is one of a handful of companies worldwide that develop HP Certified SPIs.
There is no other HP partner where so many of the SPIs are maintained. The best known ones are the monitoring solutions for BEA Tuxedo, IBM DB2 databases, PeopleSoft and Remedy, as well as Lotus Domino and BlackBerry Enterprise.
The NiCE Labs host more than 150 test and development machines for all common target environments.
