Mail and Database Usage Reporting
Mail, database, and other Notes statistic are gathered by the NiCE Lotus Domino SPI using Performance Agent. Reports are available using HP Reporter and are provided in both graphical and tabular format. Administrators can create additional reports using HP Reporter. The NiCE Lotus Domino SPI tracks total space for mail and databases, total space usage trend over time, space usage by server and the latest data on space usage by server. The NiCE Lotus Domino SPI monitors individual mail message sizes and user mail database sizes. Average and worst case user mail delivery times are monitored and thresholded.

Common Architecture
The NiCE Lotus Domino SPI leverages the native capabilities of the HP Operations. A distributed agent is used, utilizing software components both outside and inside the Lotus Domino/Notes server.
